Custom domains, embeds, and emails
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Premium. Add a CNAME record for a domain such as book.example.com that points to custom.savvycal.com, and SavvyCal sets up the SSL certificate once the record is live. Your booking pages, profile page, and meeting polls are then served on that domain. The confirmation page people see after booking stays on savvycal.com, unless you redirect them to a page of your own.
Read the help docCan I remove the SavvyCal branding?
Yes, on Premium. Turn on “Hide SavvyCal branding on scheduling links”, and the SavvyCal badge comes off your booking, profile, poll, and confirmation pages, and the “Scheduling by SavvyCal” line comes out of booking emails and calendar invites. Emails sent by workflows keep a one-line footer that says they were scheduled through SavvyCal.
Can booking emails come from my own address?
Yes, on Premium. Verify your domain by adding two DNS records, a TXT record and a CNAME record, and booking emails to your guests come from your own name and address. Without it, they come from “Your Name (via SavvyCal)” at notifications@savvycal.com.
How do I embed SavvyCal on my website?
Copy a short code snippet from the link’s Embed on my site menu and paste it into your site. Show the booking page inline on a page, open it in a popup from any link or button, or add a floating button to every page. Embeds work on Basic and Premium, on any site that lets you add HTML and a script, such as WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace.
Read the help docCan I send people to my own thank-you page?
Turn on “Redirect to a custom URL” on a link, and people go to your page once they book, such as a thank-you page with next steps. SavvyCal can add the time, the person’s name and email, and a link to the event to the URL, so your page can show them.
Read the help docCan I customize the emails people get?
The built-in confirmation and reminder emails use SavvyCal’s design, and include any “Additional info” you add to the link. To send your own emails, set up a workflow: write the subject and body yourself, and send it when a meeting is booked, or before or after it.
Can I run several brands from one account?
Yes, with one team per brand. Branding belongs to your personal account and to each team, so every link in a team shares that team’s colors, banner, and avatar. A team can have its own domain on Premium, and your calendars are checked for every team’s links, so one brand’s bookings block the others.
Agencies use the same setup for client brands. Every host who takes meetings needs a paid seat.

What SavvyCal doesn’t do
- Branding per link
- Branding applies to every link in your account or team. For a second brand, put its links in a team of their own.
- Custom CSS or fonts
- You choose colors, a banner, an avatar, and a theme. There’s no custom CSS and no choice of fonts.
- Fully custom email design
- Booking emails use SavvyCal’s layout. Workflow emails can use your words, but not your own design.
- Every page on your domain
- The confirmation page, and the reschedule and cancel links in emails, stay on savvycal.com.
- Custom preview images
- Link previews in chat and social apps use an image SavvyCal makes from the link’s name and your avatar. You can’t upload your own.

Which plan includes custom domains?
Premium: $200 per user per year, or $20 monthly. Premium also includes emails from your own address and removing SavvyCal branding. Colors, banner, avatar, and website embeds are on Basic, $10 per user per month billed annually.
Can I remove “Powered by SavvyCal”?
Yes, on Premium. One setting removes the SavvyCal badge from your booking, profile, poll, and confirmation pages, and the SavvyCal line from booking emails and calendar invites.
Can I give each link its own branding?
No. Branding applies to every link in your personal account or in a team. To use different branding, create a team for each brand and put its links there.
Can I white-label SavvyCal for my clients?
Partly. On Premium, each client brand can have its own team, domain, and branding, with no SavvyCal badge. Every host who takes meetings needs a paid seat, and SavvyCal can’t be built into your own app for your users.
Does the embed work on WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace?
Yes, on any site that lets you add HTML and a script. Paste the snippet from your link’s Embed on my site menu into the page.
How to embed SavvyCalCan people overlay their calendar on an embedded link?
Only if they’re already signed in to SavvyCal in that browser. Browsers block the sign-in inside an embed, so other visitors pick a time without the overlay.
Can I try the embed before I pay?
You can sign up and set up links for free, but people can’t book them until you pick a plan. Email support@savvycal.com to try it on your site first. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
