Scheduling tools for iCloud Calendar, compared

Calendly stopped taking new iCloud connections in August 2024. Here are seven tools that connect to iCloud Calendar, compared on what they do with it, which other calendars they check, team scheduling, and price, as of October 2026. We make SavvyCal, so every fact about the others comes from their own pages, with links.

Which one should you use?

It mostly comes down to price and which other calendars you use. If you’re not sure, the table below has the details.

You use iCloud and a work calendar
SavvyCal checks iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, and Fastmail calendars together, with no limit, from $12 per user per month.
You want booking to be easy for the other person
SavvyCal lets them overlay their own calendar on your times and see your preferred times first.
You’re a small team sharing meetings
SavvyCal Basic has round robin at $12 per user, with limits per host. Koalendar Pro ($9.99 per seat) and TidyCal Pro ($12 for the whole account) cost less.
You want it free
Cal.com’s free plan checks unlimited calendars. Koalendar’s checks 2, and TidyCal’s and YouCanBook.me’s check 1.
You want to pay once
TidyCal Individual is $29 one time and checks up to 10 calendars.

Does Calendly work with iCloud Calendar?

Not for new connections. Calendly stopped allowing new iCloud connections on August 20, 2024. If you connected iCloud before then, that connection still works. Calendly suggests connecting a Google, Office 365, Outlook.com, or Exchange calendar instead, as of October 2026.

Calendly’s iCloud overview
Which scheduling tools work with Apple Calendar?

Apple Calendar shows the calendars in your iCloud account, so a tool that connects iCloud works with it. SavvyCal, Cal.com, Acuity, YouCanBook.me, Lunacal, TidyCal, and Koalendar all connect iCloud. If your Apple Calendar shows a Google or Outlook calendar, connect that account directly instead.

Why do these tools ask for an app-specific password?

Apple requires one to sign in to your Apple Account from an app made by another developer, and your account needs two-factor authentication turned on. You create it in your Apple Account under Sign-In and Security, and you can revoke it there at any time. Your main Apple Account password won’t work.

Apple’s guide to app-specific passwords
Can I check iCloud and a work calendar at the same time?

Yes, with every tool here that connects iCloud, within its plan’s calendar limit. SavvyCal, Cal.com, and Lunacal have no limit, and Koalendar and TidyCal have none on Pro. YouCanBook.me checks 2 calendars on Individual and 6 on Professional, and Acuity allows one connection to each calendar service. Calendly’s paid plans check up to 6, but it can’t connect a new iCloud calendar.

See the comparison table
What’s the cheapest scheduling tool that works with iCloud?

Cal.com’s free plan connects iCloud and checks all your calendars. Koalendar, TidyCal, and YouCanBook.me also have free plans that check fewer calendars. For a paid plan, TidyCal’s Individual plan is $29 once, and YouCanBook.me Individual and Lunacal Standard are $9 a month. Prices as of October 2026.
